Financial institution with no statement option

Going in for the second week, how is it that you are a financial institution but you cannot provide a statement of my voucher account? Your online chat referred me to the store Your store referred me back to you Spent over an hour with you on the call and you advised that you cannot assist Visited checkers and was assisted by a manager who created an incident The guy who called me kept his promise and eventually sent me a statement, however, the statement looks like it was drawn up by a child, theres no letter head or signature indicating that it came from Shoprite, my name is nowhere to be found one would think that these things would be added automatically. When I rep**** to him and asked him if it could be included I got the silent treatment. No man this is peoples money you playing with here
