faulty rolls

Hello

I bought 100 rolls on the 31st and on the 1st after the older kids from the orphanage had buttered and put in the fillings which were...cheese, tin fish with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes. Before I dished I realised that the rolls had mold and some were stale. On the 2nd I asked one of the board members to go back to try and resolve this issue, he went with one of the older boys. They spoke to the manager and the cashier that sold the rolls, they were then told to get at least one pack with a bar code. The boy did and went back in less than 15 min when he returned the cashier claimed that “the manager left and that there’s nothing she could do” even though she knew of the matter very well. However they kept the faulty rolls that had our filings. Our soup kitchen kids were very disappointed when we dishes up pap on that day because they were expecting rolls...and our issue was not resolved not only did we not get the rolls but our filings went to waste. This happened at the shoprite in Katlehong. I still need some sort of resolution because we lost a lot of the orphans food...please contact me on *** or ***. Honestly this was very disappointing!
