Faulty ATM, no help offered.

I attempted a withdrawal using a Spark ATM inside Shoprite Setsing in Phuthaditjhaba and no money ever came out of the ATM however I received notification from my bank (Capitec) indicating it was successful, I did not get my money (R2850) and all a cashier did was tell me the money was withdrawn from my account and no other help was offered from this branch. I want my money still, this took place on 13/01/2020. I have been sent from pillar to post since.
