Family slept hungry coz of Money Market

No know I'm so defeated by the Money Market system. I am currently unable to access a simple R100 i withdraw via Betway. I lost my ID in a shack fire previously were I lived. But i do have Valid Documents that can authentic who I am but they refuse to help coz I can't take a simple selfie holding my ID. They saying I will get help the day I make an I D which costs R140. We are currently without food at home and I was hoping this money could carry us over for at least a day to two. I'm sitting t a park as I'm afraid to face the family that slept without it yesterday as well as the while day today, coz I thought Shoprite will help. I went to Golden Walk yesterday, they even email a copy of my ID they still refused. I tried calling them pleading with their humanity they still refused. Betway said they can reverse the money to which they also refused that option. So they technically holding my money ransom which I desperately need to feed my family. I hope none of them go through what I am going through.
