FALSELY ACCUSED OF *****ING!

The security at Shoprite Middestaad Bloemfontein is absolutely pathetic. As I was shopping I opened my bag to check if I had not forget my bankcard or wallet. I bought two loaves of bread and proceeded to go pay. As I was at the till a female security guard approached me and demanded that I go to the back room with her to search my bag. I told to her search it right there at the till but she demanded I go with. After searching my bag and finding NOTHING, she said the reason why she searched was because she saw me scratching in my bag. THERE IS A FINE BETWEEN OPENING ONE'S BAG, TAKING SOMETHING FROM THE SHELF AND PUTTING IN YOUR BAG VS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING IN ONE'S BAG! She did not even have decency to apologize for falsely accusing me of *****ing. As much they have the authority to question customers if they suspect something it does not justify being unprofessional towards your customers.
