Falsely accused of shoplifting

Today after doin my shopping at shoprite rustenburg, a security guard approached me. Couldn't even say he was a guard , had no identification. Very rudely he ask me to accompany him to office, very shocked i did that. On i way he started threatening me to tell the truth or things will be bad for me.

Still not sure what i did. As we approached a dirty room a lady came to search me. I ask her what she was looking for. She told me she don't know. They told her to search me. After that process the rude security guard showed me a box of mitchum roll on telling me he saw me putting the content in my pocket. Still confuse because nothing was found on me. I ask them to check video footage but non of that was done.

After insisting to speak to manager, he eventually apologised to me for the idiotic mistake of guards.

I couldnt accept that because it was an insult to me, being detained and taken to a dirty room like a ********.and for them not getting their facts right. I can not and will not forget my experience today.companies should employ people with experience and not employ anyone they find at taxi rank. Thats why people with experience and qualifications are unemployed, because companies hire people without experience to harass customers. Use to luv shopping at shoprite. But no more.

Will definitely take this matter further. If there is any relevant contact details to lodge my complain. Pls do assist.
