False promises of Selling good they don’t have
Ok furnitures I write this email to lay a formal complaint on the grounds of poor customer service, inconvenience and poor management of customer expectations.
On the 26/11/2023 I paid for good as per attached proof of payment. The sales representative promised me to have the good the following week as there was only one item left at the store(was kept for display and should not be sold). The following week came and passed without the goods arriving. I then went to the store again and enquired on the expected delivery date and I was given the date of 20/12/2023.
On the 20/12/2023 I went to the store again and was told the item have not arrived and the sales representative did not have knowledge of when will these be delivered.
My issue is that your store has caused me inconvenience and it seems as if it is normal to not meet customer satisfaction. It is unacceptable to wait a whole month for a coffee table to arrive from the factory especially when there is an item on display at the store.
I am not asking for a refund. A refund does not solve the fact that I was sold false promises, with my expectations not managed and taken into consideration. Why is this behaviour if poor customer service allowed to continue? I forwarded you another complaint I had about the same store. Why are we treated in such a manner? Would be satisfied with this kind of behaviour if you were in my position?
