False markerting

06 July 2021 I had a bad experience at Shoprite Khayelitsha, went to buy Hair extension on their shelves its R10.99 when I get to the till it is R11.99. I told the cashier Agnes Mbele, who was very polite and friendly. She then called 1 of the employees to Nosipho who was extremely rude& she said its R10.99 then another lady came. I think she is 1 of the managers, she called 2 other ladies and they said its R11.99 and at this point I was very confused. 1 of these ladies told us we must look at the barcode?really

The manager went on to ask me to stand aside and wait for Nosipho ?to come back from lunch so we can resolve this. I became furious as my time was limited, after some time I asked for the Branch manager cause no 1 is resolving this issue, Mr Moses very polite came and said I must pay the price I saw and he couldn't believe he was called for such small amount. 7×R1 while the manageress was busy with price reduction Nosipho came buzzing and throwed R50 and said she will pay the difference I was ASTONISHED such rudeness! I addressed her, i told her about customer service. If she's not sure about something she must find out, go an extra mile for a customer. I strongly think Shoprite should provide training for their staff, we never get such service in CBD.

With that said Ms Agnes, Ms Bobo (Always helpful and friendly) and Mr Moses were great.
