False adverti*****t for Robertson spices

I went to shoprite boulders to buy Robertson spices 2 for r20 as per advert,the manager told me that it was an error.I felt that shoprite is misleading the client imagine taking my time ,queuing in a long queue and to be told it was an error.the service that I got is total unacceptable.
