<div>I called Shoprite Valhalla and speak to a Given which is a front office manager to confirm whether they have the juice which was advertise as R24,99 and ordered 24x6 told me they do have I went there and when I get there she told me it is out of stock. I found 4 6 packs on the shelves before I saw her and they refuse to sell to me for the price they had advertise. After some disagreements they reduce it to the price as per adverti*****t. I don't understand why we should fight...as the price you see is the price you pay. Bad customer service even worse a manager who totally does not have customer service and poor communication skills. Should have check before whether there was stock available. The other manager that came to the till too assist even acknowledge that the stock was remove from shelves as well as the pamflets due to the error. Horrible expierance.</div>
