False advertising with Competitions

If I was your head of marketing, I would feel embarrassed. Every competition link that we as clients get via sms or even your own *120* numbers for the win a Suzuki competition does not work! Numerous people, including myself have mentioned this via FB in your page and DM, but all your staff reckon, that we all have phone issues! You advertise your products, saying we should buy them for these promotions but can't even enter the competition? And your staff handling your FB page have no solution, or even bother to check if the problem is perhaps ln your side? Easiest way out, it's the clients phone giving issues. Where there is smoke, there is fire people! Campaign updating is what your current *120*304050# line says. And if this an outsourced thing, resolve it with them. But deliver at least ln what you advertise Shoprite!!
