False advertising

Hello, am not a happy customer, I downloaded a shoprite special online valid until the 17th but when I get to denlyn shoprite store, they said no one knows about the special, I mean this was a waste of my time as the special were not corresponding to their prices, are they promoting false advert or they just ********, even the store manager was not helpful, he didn't even bother to find out why his prices are clashing with the special.
