False advertising

Hi, I requested a rain check for baby soft toilet paper at Shoprite Mkhuhlu Mpumalanga and I wasn't assisted. I was at the shop when it opened at 7 but there was no stock. The sale started on the 15th and on the 16th when the Shop opened there was no stock and management would not let me get a rain check something that they are aware of.
