False Advertising and don't have no standard!

This Complaint is aimed at shoprite and I want to tell them that they are misleading the public including myself. They have placed adverts that says FREE YUM YUM 400g Peanut Butter... when we dial the code *120*569*11# it takes most of our airtime and doesnt produce a WI code... when we did get the Wi codes....almost more than 8... we cannot claim the products because the shop is out of stock for more than 4 days... I now have 8 wi codes that are unclaimed for and I cant do anything about it, because you have **** to us, misleaded us and ******* us into getting Wi codes but your Grahamstown, Queenstown and One Pe Branch doesnt have any stock.... Here in grahamstown there were staff members *****ing the Peanut butters.... without Wi codes.... but we that have Wi codes doesnt have any.... dont blame the managers.... please... because they dont deliver the stock... we want our Peanut Butters....even if the Promo is over... I have all the codes.... please contact me to get them....i cant place them here, otherwise pple will ***** it.... Regards Angelique from Grahamstown ***
