False advertising

Went to shoprite tsakane Square. The price for banana was priced at R9.99 a kilo but the scale was still charging customers R12. 99. Meaning the customer been mislead and ****** by their false advertising. We told the staff about it but the Lady was rude and was unhelpful. This took place on the 24 August 2022 in the afternoon.
