FALSE ADVERTISING

this was not the first time I visited Checkers Hype in Brackenfell only to realize that the some of the products they advertise as a special offer to their client is out of stock. Last week Thursday, on the very first day of the so called Black Friday, I visit the said store to purchase a television they had on offer at a special "Black Friday" offer. At about 9 am in the morning I was informed that the specific product is out of stock. I am not unreasonable, and if there was stock and it was sold out after two or three day, it would have been more acceptable to me. But what is not acceptable is that you advertise something and you know you don't have stock or only have one or two of the specific item in stock. It's been a week later and I still haven't heard from them as to whether they did received stock of how long it will take for them to get stock. Typical of a big service provider who think they have the monopoly. Their services stinks.
