false accusation .

on the 6th of August 2025 , yesterday of course ...my friend and I were falsely accused of eating a pack of Viennas and left it by the shelves without being paid , I don't understand if we were mistaken or what because there was a time where we tested the scents of body lotions I think that's where they mistaken us . A lot happened yesterday but I'll try to recall everything , my experience is as follows We were stopped by the exist door after we were done with our shopping giving the security guy the slips .“ where is a pack of viennas ” asked the security man by the door “ we didn't purchase any check by the slip ” i said . They told us that we were seen eating viennas and my friend and I disagreed , we were taken where the pack was left at the toiletries line , that was where we took the body lotion but never noticed that by our side was an open pack . We stayed firm on what we said “ we didn't eat these ” . “ if we were to show you on the cameras would you still not agree that you are them ? ” the securities asked & rep**** with a yes . We were told to go to the office , mind you we don't even know where the office is we had to lead the way not knowing where we're headed to , the security man was so mean towards us , we couldn't stand the eyes everyone gave us , not to mention our reputation , ourself esteem . We asked him how are we supposed to go where we don't know ? he then led . we got in the and we were asked to stand by the side . The space looked like a staff place there was a lady there I think she's a security because she searched every worker before they knock off . “ why did you eat these? ” she asked , “ we didn't ” we rep**** . Almost everyone asked the security lady what we have done and she told them that we ate those . Emotions started to get over my friend , she became very furious . “ continue with your attitude and you'll be arrested ” the security lady said . I took my phone and called my mom as she answered the lady aggressively said “ you're not allowed to use phones ” I hung up , we stood there for approximately 10 minutes we were then taken to a manager's office . The embarrassment we felt , busy going up and down following the door securities everyone was looking at us , probably wondering what we have done , we got to the office and was asked whether we ate the viennas and we said no we didn't , we explained ourselves and asked to see the CCTV footage but weren't provided with any . another guy came in and we were told that he's an undercover security . “ I saw you when you ate those I even followed you around ” he said , we again requested to see the CCTV footage but weren't provided with any , a lot was happening by the time , we were even crying emphasising how we wouldn't ruin our lives and careers over such a thing , raw viennas for that matter , we were interrogated . I asked that what will happen if we see the CCTV footage and find out that we didn't do what we're accused of , they didn't respond to me , fast forward we were told a lot of things that I didn't understand because I wasn't the right state of mind e.g that they don't want to look at the CCTV footage because we'll be wasting their time and they'll be wasting ours and so forth . My mother called , as I was about to tell her her the manager spoke to her regarding the policy and underage things . fast forward they asked for ours details to be written down they told us that we can incorrectly write them for the sake of their jobs and everything I didn't understand anything cause I wanted to see myself out of there , we did so and the manager asked us to post about it on social media and that we should forget about it .
