I am a regular customer, I had cum in lookn4 a camp tent I need4 the weeknd, so I askd 4 assisstance n I was directed to the aisle with da campers(tents)to my knowledge, as I also heard the guy say camper. Whilst goin through da diff campers, n prices, I did c 1 dat was all on its on, on dat shelf was only dat 1 item n it had 1 price attached to dat shelf,directly below da item,it read envelope camper, so I askd agn4 assisstance, a fuy workn in dat aisle confirmed it's da same product, so I asked if I cud c wat it looked like, he then went2call 4 anothr guy2 assemble, dis took over 10minutes,so I opened da bag n saw sum of da contents n realise it looked cheap for the price on the shelf (R129)i thot it was prob clearance or da last 1..so I took da product,waitd in a long line,got2da til,it scanned at R499, I den explained2branch manager,who at 1st seemed he wud gv me at marked price but den jus changed his mind n sed no,anothr manager ackowleged their mistake n apologist, sleepn bag. Was cut off frm pricing label.customer1st, disgusted wit service n I shud b abl2purchase item at marked price, ev1 nos dis!!I reali believd it,deceipt!I also took fotos as proof at da item n pricing
