Failure to Provide Advertised Cash Withdrawal Service and Poor Customer Service at Shoprite Maitland Bloemfontein

I went to Shoprite Maitland Bloemfontein Free State to withdraw cash as they have noted that you can get cash at the till, i stood in line for a long time only for the cashier to tell me that she does not have money and as thus was not assisted. The service received was very poor as i ended up leaving the store without being assisted.
