Shoprite Brits on the 3rd June 2023 my mom went to collect sassa cashier helped her without card with ID Nd Cellphone after the whole process cashier told my mom till don't have cash....Mom got an SMS shows money is out. Cashier called supervisor (Kgabo) to assist then they Told my mom the cancelled everything while money is out. They went to post office still there is NO MONEY they told my mom come after 7days still No help.....As I speak am at the store Nothing is happening
