extremly rude staff
I went to the Shoprite money to send money for a cousin of mine, but had problems with the pin code, i then went back to Shoprite to get my refund but the cashier that was assisting me was very rude and told me she is too lazy to explain to me how I could get my money back, i then went to management to explain everything and then she told me they do not do refunds below R500 , this is contradictory to what is written on the till slip, till this day, i do not have my refund back, such poor service , utterly disgusted.
