Extremely Rude Attitude

So I was ‘assisted’ by a woman named Reinette Dikhoba from Money Market at Shoprite Nafcoc in Soshanguve-F. First encounter she was rude..subliminally so. I asked to withdraw money and she needed all these info which I understand, it is her job to ask. I enquired everything and she refused to assist me further as I didn’t have the surname, now during this whole time she was smutty and I mean smutty . The branch manager Sipho tried assisting and saying I shouldn’t leave here unhappy but he just told me to go read the rules. Sipho was sweet and all but he was of no help as at that point I was livid. When I mentioned that Reinette had horrible attitude, she was shocked, that ****ed me off even more. She and her colleague looked at me as if I was crazy and no I’m not emotional or anything... this really happened. I need for someone to attend to this. I demand a written apology.
