Extremely poor service/ refused service

<p>We bought tickets online for the Johannesburg Motors show for Sunday 4th of September. We went to Shoprite at Quagga Centre to just get the tickets printed. The service was horrible. We stood in the queue for 20 minutes with only one customer in front of us. They helped the customer infront of us with her bus ticket. After asking if we where going to be helped - because there are ten people standing around but only one apparently is able to work on the system - one of the employees named Nurse, told us the system was offline and laughed. Obviously she was lying because the lady infront of us still stood there waiting for her ticket. When we asked to see the manager some of the employees ignored us at first then we found out there was no manager available in the store, which explains why the service is non existent. I WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!</p>
