Extremely poor service from management

The store has extremely poor management and service. I was left in the store for more 2 hours without assistance and the help center does not direct my calls or will ignore several of my phone calls and lie about being unable to get ahold of one of the mangers in store. I ended up leaving the store without any assistance. If you not able to run the store you need to get competent people that will ensure there is always enough stock the shop. It's very disappointing for such a big franchise to not have about 7 items in store of the grocery list I had. Supply chain should really get to pick their socks up or leave if the store is difficult to manage. Extremely disappointed in the service considering how I have been a loyal customer for years without fail.
