Extremely poor service and disorganised people

Wednesday was my daughter's birthday then I called Shoprite at Ridgeway on the 4th of Feb and I spoke to Lebo and I placed my order with her I even told her that I spoke to the lady named Pulane at bakery a week before informing her that I will call her to nortify her about my order cause I wanted to know the number kids in my daughter's class before placing an order.

Lebo then confirmed my ordered on the phone then I told her my name and my contact number and she said to me she wrote them down.

I told them I will collect my order on the 5th of Feb 2019 at 13:00 Lebo said the order will be ready. They will bake on Tuesday the 5th in the morning and put them in the fridge until I come and collect it.

On Tuesday the 5th when I go there I ask Pulane at bakery I am here to collect my order. She said to me they didn't do it cause they didn't have cream in the shop I asked her why didn't they call me and give options to maybe place my order in another store. She didn't respond. I asked to speak to the manager Pulane took me In her office I was so upset with everyone with their extremely poor service they have given me.

The manager suggested that I give them a chance to bake them tomorrow so that I collect them tomorrow I said to her I am not going to accept that.

They took the stock that they were selling on the shelf then made my order.

I had a 3 hour trip to drive and deliver that order.

They took 30 minutes of my time and making my order obviously in a rush.

I was not happy at all how unreliable they are when a person calls them placing an order they took it as a joke or they undermined me.

Cause if they respected my order they should have called me.

Because the order was made in a rush it was not appealing to me. The cup cakes started falling and mixing up while I was in a shop and that was not nice to look at and with a high temperature on that day they started melting if they kept their promise and deliver on time I would know that they should have kept them in a fridge for at least a minimum of 4 hours before I collect them.

What a very bad and poor service you have shown to me and my daughter.

Shoprite Ridgeway I will never place an order with you again cause I spend my time,energy and airtime calling you only to be disappointed. You don't take people serious.

Organise yourself if you can't stop making promises you can't keep.
