Extremely poor service

<p>Every evening at this shop the lines are so bad that i approached one of the supervisors/manager regadring the lines as only three (3) tills were opened, its unbelievable that people late in the afternoon has to stand in long ques just to pay for groceries, all i requested from the supeervisor/manager was for better service and they just ignored me and say that they dont have staff, its not my problem if you dont have staff it just shows poor planning and just lack of care for the customers as if we begging for them to help us. I reported sometime ago to the manager on the quality of the meat that i bought, the meat was rotten and all that He could say is that they will forward the complain to headoffice and will give me feedback which i am still waiting for, can someone please help with the poor service at this shop, further more i buy groceries and still have to pack it myself why is there such big disparities among the shops, is it a black and white matter, if that is the case than i will escalate this matter to the EFF branch office which i am a member and address this matter from that level.</p>
