EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shoprite Mini Belle Ombre Plaza that store it is problem every single morning one the stuff are always late and Manager does nothing about the situation we have complain every single day to the manager that how the store every morning you can see that the store is always packed but you open two cashiers and one cashier at the money market when ask why they will tell you gore we still waiting for other cashiers they are running late. the worse part is every month end there's are situation where we queue the same queue with Sassa people mind while people still grab food quickly they 15 sassa people queuing for withdrawal when you done picking things you need your number 17 holding 3 items waiting the same queue with sassa people. my issue here is let one teller assist with withdrawal other teller handles customers who only pay it doesn't make sense that we enter the store and 07:00 and I leave store at 08:00 for less than 10 items. this morning we as customer we addressed the issue again the manager and stuff have audacity tell us we won't do anything to them. majority of us who are buying there is people who are going to work at Midrand, Centurion, Johannesburg. your stuff are lazy, rude like we are extremely annoyed. they don't prioritize the stuff all they know is to just play around or is it how Shoprite as brand treat customers. the situation should change in drastic manner
