Extremely Bad Service Shoprite Lakeview Junction before Maponya Mall

Went to Shoprite DHLAMINI JUNCTION /Lakeview Junction before Maponya Mall Soweto Yayiboooo guys the service at this Shoprite bad from not getting water refill the final straw was the money market there was 1 person working there who was very slow and while waited in the queue i went inside to refill water in the meantime only to find that water was finished and there was proper communication whatsoever on when it can be expected then went back to that slow queue when I asked her as to why is she the only person assisting cause we have been waiting for long she is also on training and there's usually 1 person there they relive each other which was surprising as to why don't they monitor the queue and work as a Team what is the Manager Mr M Maumela or even supervisor doing because lastly after waiting that long I was told that Ticket's are finished I get that but why didn't they notify the Securities at the door since they are next to that queue which goes to the Money Market to bring awareness to the customer's like myself that Derby tickets are finished when i advised the lady to inform them she didn't want to do that I guess because she didn't care while I was there another guy who has also been waiting in the queue came to also inquire & I told her that you see announcing could have helped cause we have been standing on the same queue that's not fair because we have been waiting that long for nothing only then she notified the security guy because I insisted she was bored can we please get proper service guys It took close to an hour to get that bad service Come on Guys you can learn a thing or 2 from Clicks same junction cause after that I quickly went there & it was an in and out and they had the willingness to help more than anything and were very friendly Clicks Lakeview Junction Keep up the Good Work.....
