Extremely Bad service and back chatting

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received at shoprite roodepoort!! It really has left a bad taste in one's mouth. The lady who works by the meat department who goes the name of Sharna has a terrible attitude, she gets irritated when she has to serve customer's she even fights with customers and tells them what to do with their money, how to buy and when to buy. Even when told about it she shows no remorse and doesn't even care as clearly she owns shoprite. We had to be served by her manager because her stinking attitude is unbearable, this is not the first time her doing this and unfortunately I will not stomach such bad service from anyone!!!
