Extremely Bad Bad Bad customer service

Went to Eloff street Shoprite on the 22 August 2016 ********** When I entered the store I found a bunch of employees wearing t-shirts written CMS on them standing in a group. As I passed to go fetch bread, they started making funny remarks, when I came back they continued this time they made it worse and laughed out loud. When I asked what was going on, one employee answered and said " sisi we have a very huge hangover, we don't have time to entertain you and your questions" just like that. I couldn't believe that response towards a customer whilst on duty inside the working premises. Shoprite employees need to be trained in order to work prefessionally in the work environment regardless of whether they work at Shoprite stores and regardless of the type of customers they serve. Eloff street Shoprite employees don't even wear name badges as they know how poorly they serve customers. I'm extremely DISAPPOINTED!!!!
