extremely bad attitude

I wen into shoprite to draw money from the money market counter and I was disappointed with the kind of service our fellow customers are going through, I greeted the cashier 3 times with no response and her excuse was that she was busy so she could not greet me. 2 the money I wanted to to withdraw she said she didnt have the amount amount I must go to another shoprite store to get the money, I the asked her to call her manager she said I am the one that wants to see the manger s I must go to her office and she refused to call the manager, I then went to the managers office to get assistance and she helped me with the transaction . Kedibone has no customer service skill and she is very rude.
