Extra savings card

Just been to shoprite in CARLETONVILLE and was told cant purchase anything in the store without a xtra save card! Asked for a supervisor and was referred to David who was sitting and eating in the front next to your kiost. He wasn't even bothered about my complain, I didnt have my phone and extra savings card with Why couldn't they use my I d number, his response was that he doesn't know and couldn't care less when I was trying to make eye contact with him, he just kept digging in his plate. Ladies Infront of me left the store after queuing for a long time only to be told at the till point that you cannot buy without it. We are told to borrow from other people or sign up forcefully!!! We might as well stop going into your stores because your service is horrible! The humiliation of asking other clients in your long queues to borrow an extra savings card! It's so degrading!!
