Expired UHT milk

Bought 2 6*1L milk the crystal valley brand, what doesnt make sense is the fact that there is no complain line to the manufactuer how on earth is this possible? The milk I bought is supposed to be full cream UHT how does it go sour on me? Am mad cause it means food sold is basically substandard.
