expired stock
My neighbour and I bought Hunters Dry yesterday which was on special R140.00 for 12.
By the time we were on our 2nd and 3rd drink we experienced stomach cramps, bloated, vomiting and wet stooling.
We did not finish the 12, we are left with 1 6 pack.
Please advise if your special is on expired stock and you really need to compensate us for this inconvenience as we were not able ourselves as planned but were rolling on the floor and didn't sleep because of excruciating pains and constant restroom visits. I didn't get enough sleep, I am tired as hell while at work.
We still have the till-slip, empty bottles and 1 6 pack as proof.

24 Jan 2023, 08:17I went back to the store to report this matter and I was assisted by Gugu, not sure if she's a Manager or acting Manager.
She refunded me R70.00, the combo was R140.00 and she told if I want a full refund I was supposed to go to a doctor. My question is, to consult with a doctor is R500.00, what I bought was R140.00, so was I meant to spend R500.00 and more for blood tests obviously so I can get my full refund, this was a combo deal and I expect a full refund.
I will escalate this matter if need be as I saw a lot of expired stock.
I want my full refund and a voucher to compensate me and my neighbour.
I will give you 3 working days for feedback or I will definitely escalate.
