Expired products

Shoprite Amanzimtoti Firstly the plastic bags to put your veggies in is all over the place, not like it used to be on a roller. Secondly I wanted to buy Bayer's aspirin, took 4 boxes of what I could reach and all of them had already expired. I reported this to the manager and was promised they will be in touch, well this happened about a month ago, and still up to now, no one has ever bothered to call me or message me, I did go back about 2 weeks after the first incident and queried about what is happening and manager that was on duty said they called and no answer, I had already mentioned before when I am home my signal is bad and I cannot received calls after 5pm, I said pleas let them SMS or WhatsApp me to no avail. I had been in hospital and there I could receive calls and yet nothing from Shoprite. Please explain does a health inspector ever go there and how come they can put expired goods on their shelves.
