Expired Product (Poor service form Manager)

Good day

I bought x 2 2L Mageu from Shoprite at Tembisa Plaza on the 17th/08/2019 and when i got home i found the product spoiled and the expiry date was the 18th/08/2019. i went back the following day and was assisted by the store manager (Margaret). Her service was soo Poor that she ddint even ask when i bought the product, she didn't bother to check my receipt and what frustrated me the most is that she didnt even bother to apologies for this she just said i must go fill in the returns book.

secondly when i got there the product was returned earlier in the morning by another customer and when i went to check for another fresh product i found that all that they still kept the spoiled the Mageu and there wasn't fresh once. Only then they where removed from the shelves.

i am so disappointed and frustrated because i was mistreated by the leader that was supposed to make feel valued.She honestly made me feel like she is blaming me for taking the product without checking the expiry date and i being a customer trusted Shop rite enough not to check everything i buy from them but i have learnt a lesson.

she really doesn't care about her customers ,she doesn't value us and our health.
