Expired items

I lay a complain on Shoprite for selling me expired item. This was the message I sent to them

Hi, I’m very disappointed with a purchase I made at Shoprite Dawn Park. I bought a 360ml lucozade only to find out that it’s expired, I opened it and took a sip and realised it had a funny taste that’s when I looked at the date only to find out that it has expired. I’m honestly disappointed how it made it on to the shelves as it expired 30/10/23.

They called me to come to the store on 06/05/24 and They took their expired item and they told me they sorry and I should wait for the branch manager who will contact me after 7 days like it’s my fault they didn’t do their job proper with stock rotation but they said they will also contact Lucozade company to see if they didn’t deliver expired stock to them. Today it is the 21/05/24 NOBODY HAD ATTENDED TO ME WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN NOW SHOPRITE DAWN PARK MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! Because I’m not taken Serious
