Expired good inside shoprite at customers disposal

Just a friendly warning to all Krugersdorp, Kagiso and South African residents. This particular shoprite has sells expired goods to society and this is damning to the whole shoprite as a brand and professional retail business. They don't know what role should the merchandiser be doing inside the shop when it comes to packing stock. My wife bought a Mageu for my daughter trusting shoprite as it advertises fresh goods to customers. only to pickup after a while that the mageu my daughter drank had actually expired on the 29/09/2019 but it is still packed as fresh for consumption by clients. Then my wife went back asking to speak to the manager to make him aware but the manager failed to show interest into this matter. The manager then told my wife to take my daughter to the Dr and bring back the Dr's note so that it can sent to C*****. Does C***** pack stock inside Shoprite? Who should spend money for the failure from the shop's management? what about our illiterate members of the community? people who cant read trusting Shoprite Kagiso mall with their lives only to spend their hard earned money to by expired goods. I am disappointed with the service at this nonfunctional Shoprite. The question is: Does Shoprite South africa know about stores like this one creating a bad impression to the community?
