Expired Good

Good Day, I bought LOW-GI bread on Saturday afternoon at your Rocklands branch in Mitchells Plain, yesterday afternoon I noticed at worked that bread turned stale(old) as I only used 3 slices- this morning the rest of the bread is old-this bread has been on the shelves longer than 7 days-who would use a bread you buy for a week in less than 2 days and then it turns old(white on the inside).

I would request for 3 months off supply of this LOW-GI bread from Shoprite, I'm a cardiac patient with Groote Schuur, hospital and if this is not resolved within 48 hours I'll report it to a health inspector and take it to the newspapers.
