Expired formula f

I wrote this because I'm very hurt and I can't even sleep I bought baby formula at Zola Shoprite on February and the milk expired on January and the baby has already drank it. He got sick of diarrhea and he was vomiting, he couldn't even breath I had to him to clinic and he was transferred to the hospital. They admitted him and I went back to shoprite to tell them about their milk,found the manager the guy called Dibe we told him everything then he took the milk and slip. He said the infacare will contact me, but they did not, unfortunately the baby didn't make it. My family went back to report about the situation that the baby is no more. They just gave them attitude and them that they took the milk to DC how can they take something that has a case to DC. Luckily there is the pack of milk that was left to me the one it was drank by baby now they want it. After some weeks they called me that the milk didn't kill the baby results came clear what's confusing me what did they check with because at first they said the milk was thrown out next its at DC. My baby baby was having kidney issues after he drank that milk he then his kidney failed.
