expired Food

I discovered that the ox tripe that I bought from shoprite at braamfisher ville DObsonville had expired. Unfortunately I didn't have the invoice for them. And i couldn't returned them cause they we're badly smelling So I called shoprite call centre help line and I explained everything and I was advice that my query will be dealt with. The area manager of Shoprite called me . and advice me to collect the New one. On the 9 March I went to the store and I was advice that the retail manager demanded the invoice even though I told him that I didn't have it. I went to the same refrigerator and I found out that they had expired products of which I took photos of them. I have send numerous e-mails and Shoprite is not willing to take this matters into consideration. I have e-mailed shoprite those picture of expired products and nobody is will take action. Shoprite is one of the leading retailer's store in the country and is very disappointing of what they selling to us. This is a very bad customer service. Can you kindly escalate this matter with them. Your response will be highly appreciated <br> Thanks.<br> Lefa
