Exellent customer service even on rude customers!!

I'm impressed with seven shoprite Dube soweto employees. It happened that I was present at the store on different occasions since lockdown that abusive/rude actions from different customers against employees happened. As much as the customer feels is right, the manner of approach was wrong. But these employees in their different incidents showed resilience in customer service. They remained calm, and make customer feel like king!! Wow!!! Wow!! Wow!!!!! That is gold!!!! I just can't turn blind eye anymore. I making a big noise so that management can also notice.
