Exceptional customer service

<p>The on/off switch of a gas heater that I purchased at Checkers about 4 years ago broke, which renderred the heater inoperational. As the product is out of warranty I could not simply take it to the retailer and I was unable to find a company willing to repair it. Shoprite/Checkers then decided to send me a brand new switch free of charge, which I installed myself and the heater is working again as before. Thanks to their staff Rochell Carolus and Leslie Koopman for their exceptional service and for going the extra mile. This has helped be big time!
