Excellent Service from Customer Care Belinda His****

<p>Hey. </p> <p>So I managed to lose my Bread Makers Padde. Without this paddle the entire machine is Useless</p> <p>I phoned Shoprites customer service because it is a platimun product. </p> <p>I Had absolutely no idea how i would be able to replace this part as the Checkers in Potchefstroom was of no service</p> <p>I spoke to the most kind lady ever...... which is awesome. She helped me spoke to the buyer and help me to replace the part and courierd it to me from Cape Town. She Belinda His**** went totally out of her way to assist me even though it was entirely my mistake and not Shoprites</p> <p>I do not know how to thank you, you made my day!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
