Excellent level of Customer Service ***

About 10 days ago I contacted the Checkers Shoprite Customer Care Line.

I was looking for a Checker's own brand induction cooker that was the best I've used.

Unfortunately, it had gotten broken and I hadn't been able to find a replacement at any of the stores I looked at,

I spoke to a very nice gentleman named Julian.

After taking down all the details and asking whereabouts I lived, he said he would mail me with a list of the branches in my area and the stock they had available.

Within half an hour I had the list he had compiled.

I went to one of the branches on the list and was able to purchase 2 cookers. Many thanks to Julian for a sterling effort. I am very impressed with and grateful to him for his response to my query.
