Excellent customer service

Super amazed with prompt resolution of complaints. I posted a complaint on their Facebook page on Sunday afternoon (20 June 2021) - and within minutes received a reply from them asking for my contact details. I had hardly sent this when they contacted me again for more details about my complaint. They followed up on my complaint as promised and by 13:00 on Monday (21 June 2021) my complaints was resolved, Well done Shoprite and Pieter Badenhorst in particular. You guys rock!
