EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm writing this to express my appreciation for an excellent customer service that my mother who's a pensioner recieved from Eldorado park branch by one of your staff member Solomon Shai. She visited your store on the 1/07/21 to do some shopping but when she arrived at home she realised that her cellphone was missing, she had no idea where it was. We immidiately called the phone then it was answered by Solomon and he assured us that the phone was found by him and kept it safe. THE ONE THING THAT WE NEVER THOUGHT IT WILL HAPPEN, IT HAPPENED. Mr Solomon's level of honesty by making sure that my mother receives her cellphone it really exceeded our expectations, such loyalty and commitment to customer service is to be commended. You can be rest assured that we will continue to support Shoprite for as long as you have the callibre of Mr Solomon Shai in your stores. Keep up the good work Solomon.
