excellent customer service

I was at Shoprite Letlhabile on Tuesday morning and and an elderly lady was feeling dizzy while being assisted by the cashier. The cashier (Bella Mazwai) apologised to the people on the queue and offered the lady her chair, organized her water and ensured she was attended to by her manager Carol Ndou. Carol arranged that the lady be accompanied to her transport and luckily she had a driver as she was traveling alone.

I would like to recommend the ladies for excellent work done as this went beyond a call of duty.
