Excellent Customer Service.

Yesterday i Was very impressed with a level of security service and customer service from security lady called Regomoditswe Phakedi of Maluti security services placed at Shoprite, Taung. She deligently conducted two seperate ques one for groceries and one for dischem pharmarcy with ease and politeness as part of lockdown measures and Corona Virus spread control. Queing up in a dischem que, when is it was my time to go inside the store, she kindly walked me to the pharmarcy, relatably informed me about the 1 meter distance measure in a que and shortly as i finished I went back to ask her where was the bread isle, instead of pointing out the direction, she walked me to the isle and gladly asked me if I was ok and then left. It was a good sight to see that not only security services are important to her but also serving shoprite customers with a smile as well. Considering the strict measures around lockdown, she made my shopping safe, easy and very quick I will definatelly see her again
