Exactly bad customer service

Today I went to Shoprite in Rosettenville, the one in Mall at the Junction. The service is extremely bad there the cashiers is rude and extremely ***********. Today (15June 2024)I was Helped by Zandile Mbele at 12:12. She never greet even though I greeted her. She put the plastic on the with the groceries and literally waited for me to pack the groceries. While she's waiting for me, the customer to pack the groceries she is literally doing absolutely nothing. Nothing at all.

I have complained about the cashiers to the customer service yet the behaviour of the cashiers seem to be getting worse instead of improving. I feel like I'm being attacked every time I go into the store. The experience in the store is okay until I get to the till. That's where the nightmare is. Maybe they are like that cause I'm coloured and they feel like they can't pack a coloured persons bags, cause they do pack bills bags.

I wish I could contact the CEO of Shoprite to let him know what's happening at that store.
